Gary Harpst - Chairman
As founder and chairman of Plumbline Solutions, Gary took the initiative to ensure that the Dynamics SL (formerly known as Solomon) product line would continue to survive and thrive. By starting Plumbline Solutions, Gary and the leadership team were able to retain the intellectual capital that originally developed Dynamics SL and related solutions. In 2000, Gary started Six Disciplines Corporation. With corporate headquarters in Findlay, Ohio, they operate through a growing network of licensed coaching and consulting organizations, which offer the Six Disciplines strategy execution coaching program to hundreds of small and mid-sized organizations throughout the U.S. with Strategy Execution Coaching. Gary has also authored two books; "Six Disciplines For Excellence: Building Small Businesses That Learn, Lead and Last" and "Six Disciplines Execution Revolution: Solving the One Business Problem That Makes Solving All Other Problems Easier". Prior to Plumbline Solutions and Six Disciplines, Gary was a co-founder of Solomon Software and led that organization for twenty years. In twenty years, Solomon installed more than 60,000 systems in small and medium-sized businesses around the world and grew to be one of the industry leaders in its market. Gary was named four times to the "Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting" by Accounting Today magazine, and holds an honorary Doctorate from The University of Findlay.

Eric S. Kurjan – Board Member
Eric Kurjan is the president and owner of the Six Disciplines NWO. He is certified on the Six Disciplines methodology and is responsible for coaching and offering strategic advisory services to both large and small companies. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Kurjan was the president of Plumbline Solutions, Inc. Prior to Plumbline, Kurjan was general manager of the North American professional services organization for Microsoft Corp. As general manager, he led a team of more than 500. Kurjan also was the general manager of Microsoft Corporation - Great Plains' Solomon business unit, where he was responsible for product development, professional services and sales and marketing across all Solomon product line offerings. Kurjan was also instrumental in negotiating the details of the acquisition of Solomon Software by Great Plains in 2000. He earned his bachelor's degree from Miami (Ohio) University. Kurjan currently serves on the board of trustees of, Blanchard Valley Health System, Plumbline Solutions, Inc. and is the current president of the Board of the Findlay Country Club. He has also served on the Board of Trustees for the University of Findlay. He has served as the 2006 Campaign Chairman and 2008 Board President for the Hancock County United Way. He has also demonstrated his leadership and team-building abilities as a past member of the Findlay- Hancock County Arts Partnership, Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well campaign chairman of the Hancock County Community Recreation Center Committee. Kurjan and his wife, Lisa, and their two daughters live in Findlay, Ohio.

Jack Ridge - Board Member
Jack Ridge currently provides facilities direction for Six Disciplines Corp. and serves as Six Disciplines contact in community ministries. Jack is serving on the board of Six Disciplines Corp, Plumbline Solutions, and Champions for Life Prison Ministries as well as Basor Ravine Ministries. Jack was a co-founder of Solomon Software where he served in various Facility and Production related roles. He and his wife Judy are the parents of Jacquie and Jim and grandparents to 7 grandchildren.

Vern Strong - Board Member
Vern Strong is a principal in Six Disciplines and oversees their technology and software development processes. As a co-founder of Solomon Software, Strong served as senior vice president of software development.
